Is there an AI friend that texts you first?
Yes. Doppel companions send the first message: a hello before your morning, a "how did it go?" after an interview, or news from their own day.
Why would an AI friend text me first?
Because you told them about your plans. They follow up on what you mentioned, and sometimes they text because something happened to them, like a match they won or a photo they took.
Do I have to start every conversation on Doppel?
No. You can start a chat any time, and companions also reach out on their own.
Do they remember what I told them before?
Yes. They remember what you were stressed about, what you finished and what you said you'd try, and pick up where you left off next time.
Can I turn their messages off?
Yes. You can mute Doppel notifications in your iPhone Settings at any time.
