How do I contact Doppel support?
Email support@doppel.im, or tap Email support on this page.
How do I cancel my Doppel subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Go to iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions and cancel Doppel there.
How do I restore purchases on Doppel?
Tap "Restore Purchases" in the app settings to restore your previous subscription.
How is my data stored?
Your data is encrypted and stored securely. Doppel does not sell your personal information to third parties.
How do I delete my Doppel account or data?
You can delete your account in app settings. To request data deletion or export, email support@doppel.im; requests are answered within 30 days.
